About The Role

We are seeking a

proactive and communicative Tele caller

to join our

Research Desk

at Krea eKnowledge Pvt. Ltd.
The role involves conducting phone-based interviews, collecting research data, and maintaining accurate records.Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, articulate, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

Conduct telephonic interviews and surveys for research data collection.
Assist in organizing interviews, meetings, and other research-related tasks.
Maintain and update research databases with accuracy and timeliness.
Enter collected information and feedback into the system.
Ensure all data is recorded and processed as per project guidelines.
Meet daily and weekly calling/data targets.
Follow up with respondents and ensure completion of surveys.
Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline research operations.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
Strong listening and telephone etiquette .
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word .
Familiarity with computers, CRMs, and data-entry software.
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills .
Ability to work under tight deadlines and achieve defined targets.
Prior experience in BPO / Telecalling / Customer Support is an advantage.
Self-motivated team player with a positive and professional attitude.
