Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Company: Sri Sakthi Ganesha Chit Pvt Ltd

Location: Chennai

Job Summary / Objective

The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our chit fund schemes, generate leads, answer queries, and support sales efforts. The role involves meeting targets, maintaining records, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads for chit schemes.
  • Respond to inbound calls from customers / prospects, resolving queries and providing information.
  • Cash Payment Reminders and Sales
  • Explain features, benefits, and terms of various chit fund plans in a clear, persuasive manner.
  • Follow up on leads or previous calls to nurture prospects and convert them into customers.
  • Update and maintain the customer database / CRM with accurate call logs, interaction notes, and status.
  • Achieve daily / weekly / monthly call and conversion / lead generation targets.
  • Liaise with the sales / field team for appointments, handovers, and follow-ups.
  • Collect feedback from customers and report objections, competitor info, and market trends.
  • Escalate unresolved customer issues / complaints to the relevant department.
  • Stay updated about company’s chit products, policies, and compliance norms.
  • Assist in telecalling campaigns, promotions, and special offers as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Higher secondary.
  • Good command over spoken and written language (English + local / regional language).
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasion, and listening ability.
  • Basic computer literacy: ability to use MS Office, email, and CRM / data entry.
  • Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service is an advantage (but freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
  • Positive attitude, patience, persistence, and resilience (able to handle rejection).
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, time management.
  • Goal-oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.

Experience

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in telecalling / customer service / sales is preferred (but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,034.08 per month
