Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Telecaller with a strong background in the steel trading sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client communications, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with the internal sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and business partners in the steel trading industry.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads to support business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and dispatch departments to ensure timely order execution and delivery updates.
• Provide accurate information to clients regarding products, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain detailed call logs, client databases, and regular activity reports.
• Follow up on payments, quotations, and order confirmations as required.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold high standards of customer service.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Mandatory experience in the steel sector or a steel trading firm.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or client coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both Hindi and English).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month (based on experience)
