Tele Caller Executive

Required Female Candidate of Telecalling.

• Customer Communication: Handling inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide order updates.
• Order Processing: Entering and managing orders, ensuring accuracy in product details, quantities, and delivery information.
• Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, assisting with inventory counts, and communicating discrepancies to relevant teams.
• Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory data.
• Problem Solving: Addressing customer issues, resolving discrepancies, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate channels.
• Sales and Marketing Support: Promoting products and services, explaining their features and benefits, and contributing to sales targets.
