Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Telecaller Executive to join our dairy company. The role involves engaging with customers over the phone to promote dairy products, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to provide detailed product information, address concerns, and generate sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Initiate and manage inbound and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Product Promotion: Promote dairy products, such as milk, butter, cheese, yogurt, etc., and provide accurate details about product benefits, pricing, and special offers.
  • Customer Support: Answer customer queries regarding products, delivery schedules, pricing, and order status.
  • Lead Generation: Identify sales opportunities and pass potential leads to the sales team for conversion.
  • Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up on previous conversations to close sales, address concerns, or collect feedback.
  • Database Management: Maintain a database of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activity.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle complaints or concerns with a positive attitude, providing solutions where applicable.
  • Sales Reporting: Report on daily or weekly sales activity and track performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Distribution) to ensure smooth customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in tele calling or customer service, preferably in the dairy or food industry.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and product knowledge.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to persuade, convince, and handle objections effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and an ability to manage challenging situations.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in customer records and sales transactions.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
  • Language: Proficiency in Odia and Hindi for effective communication.
