Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller Executive to join our dental clinic in Mohali. As the voice of our clinic, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential and existing patients to promote our dental services, schedule appointments, and drive patient footfall. This role is target-driven, with attractive incentives for meeting and exceeding performance goals, making you directly accountable for contributing to the clinic’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make high-volume calls to potential patients from provided leads to promote dental services, including consultations, cleanings, and specialized treatments.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Convert calls into confirmed appointments, ensuring a steady flow of patients to the clinic.
  • Inbound Call Handling: Address patient inquiries about services, pricing, and promotions with professionalism and clarity.
  • Patient Engagement: Build rapport with callers to understand their dental needs and pitch relevant services to meet those needs.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made (e.g., 50+ calls/day), appointments booked (e.g., 15+ appointments/week), and patient conversions.
  • Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-up calls with leads and existing patients to confirm appointments, encourage repeat visits, and gather feedback.
  • Data Management: Accurately log call details, patient interactions, and appointment schedules in the clinic’s CRM system.
  • Compliance: Adhere to scripts, clinic guidelines, and regulatory standards to ensure ethical and professional communication.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather patient insights to share with the clinic team for service improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Punjabi to engage patients effectively.
  • Persuasion & Convincing Ability: Strong ability to handle objections and convert leads into appointments.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, empathetic, and patient-centric approach to build trust with callers.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and basic office tools for data entry and record-keeping.
  • Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support; experience in healthcare or dental clinics is a plus.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Hindi; Punjabi is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
