Tele Caller Executive

• Role: A telecaller communicates with customers via phone to promote products, services, gather information, or conduct surveys.
• Primary Duties:
• Make outbound calls or handle inbound calls.
• Promote products/services and encourage customer engagement (e.g., purchases or subscriptions).
• Provide information and address customer queries.
• Follow up on previous interactions or sales leads.

• Knowledge:

• Handling Rejection: Telecallers must handle rejection or negative responses with professionalism and resilience.
• Work Environment: Often employed in call centers, sales departments, or marketing teams.
• Tools: May use CRM software, telephony systems, or scripts to manage calls and track interactions.
• Performance Metrics:
• Call volume.
