Make outbound calls to potential parents to inform them about school programs, admission dates, and facilities. Handle inbound inquiries regarding admissions, school timings, curriculum, fee structure, and school events. Maintain a polite, positive, and professional tone at all times. Follow up with parents who have shown interest or attended school events. Schedule appointments for school visits, admission tests, and interactions with school authorities. Maintain a daily log of calls made, responses received, and next follow-up actions. Enter and manage data in the CRM or Excel sheets as directed. Assist in organizing admission events, open houses, and parent orientation sessions. Coordinate with the admissions team and support documentation processes. Address parent concerns or direct them to the appropriate department.
