Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential parents to inform them about school programs, admission dates, and facilities.
  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding admissions, school timings, curriculum, fee structure, and school events.
  • Maintain a polite, positive, and professional tone at all times.
  • Follow up with parents who have shown interest or attended school events.
  • Schedule appointments for school visits, admission tests, and interactions with school authorities.
  • Maintain a daily log of calls made, responses received, and next follow-up actions.
  • Enter and manage data in the CRM or Excel sheets as directed.
  • Assist in organizing admission events, open houses, and parent orientation sessions.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team and support documentation processes.
  • Address parent concerns or direct them to the appropriate department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
