Role Overview:
A Career Guidance & Training Specialist at Legends Academy provides expert advice and mentorship to healthcare professionals, helping them navigate their educational and career pathways. They evaluate clients’ backgrounds, recommend suitable courses, and guide them in achieving their professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise healthcare professionals on appropriate courses, certifications, and educational programs for their career goals.
• Provide guidance on career choices based on clients’ skills, interests, and aspirations.
• Evaluate clients’ educational and work backgrounds to identify gaps and recommend actionable next steps.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress, and recommendations using computer systems.
• Conduct telephonic consultations and follow-ups with clients to ensure clarity and engagement.
• Support clients in improving professional skills such as communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.

Essential Skills:

• Speaking Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients.
• Analytical Skills: Evaluate educational and professional backgrounds to provide targeted guidance.
• Strong Listening Skills: Understand clients’ needs, concerns, and aspirations.
• Computer Documentation: Maintain accurate records and track client progress efficiently.
• Tele-calling Skills: Conduct outreach, consultations, and follow-ups professionally and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Background in education, career counseling, healthcare administration, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in mentoring or advising healthcare professionals is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Peelamedu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
