Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to clearly explain the organisation’s products and services.
  • Engage prospects through multiple channels including calls, emails, and field visits (where required).
  • Build initial rapport with prospects and create interest in offered solutions.

2. Lead Management & Follow-ups

  • Follow up systematically on inquiries, warm leads, and referrals to ensure timely engagement.
  • Maintain a structured follow-up cadence to maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Ensure closure of leads within defined timelines or escalate when required.

3. Customer Requirement Analysis

  • Understand customer needs, challenges, and expectations through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Recommend suitable services or solutions aligned with customer requirements and business offerings.
  • Address basic objections and provide accurate information to support decision-making.

4. CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM or assigned tracking tools on a daily basis.
  • Record all interactions, follow-up notes, and outcomes accurately to ensure data integrity.
  • Generate periodic reports on lead status, conversions, and pipeline health.

5. Target & Performance Management

  • Achieve and consistently work towards exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to:
  • Call volumes
  • Follow-ups
  • Conversions and closures
  • Track personal performance metrics and take proactive steps to improve outcomes.

6. Customer Feedback & Experience

  • Collect customer feedback during interactions and share insights with relevant internal teams.
  • Identify common concerns, objections, or service gaps and report trends to improve offerings and processes.
  • Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience through professional and empathetic communication.

7. Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Customer Support, and Marketing to ensure smooth handovers and service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies, communication guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
  • Represent the organisation professionally in all customer interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
