We’re Hiring: TeleCaller
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers with the objective of promoting products and services, generating qualified leads, conducting surveys, or facilitating payment collections. This role demands strong verbal communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Roles & Responsibilities :-
Ø Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
Ø Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
Ø Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
Ø Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services
Ø Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
Ø Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.
Ø Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.
Ø Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
Ø Understanding customers’ requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
Ø Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
Ø Facilitating companies’ sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota.
Ø Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.
Requirements :-
Ø Graduation or equivalent
Ø Priorly experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role with minimum of 1 year of experience.
Ø Having done a sales-related training program
Ø Ability to change the communication style on unusual events
Ø Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
Ø Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with efficiency in English.
Ø Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
