Role Overview

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, generating leads, and supporting sales and customer communication efforts. This role demands clear communication, confidence, and the ability to handle conversations professionally while meeting daily calling and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound enquiries
• Explain company products and services clearly and persuasively
• Generate and qualify leads, and follow up on prospects regularly
• Maintain accurate call records, customer details, and follow-up notes
• Handle customer questions, objections, and basic complaints professionally
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams to close leads efficiently
• Meet daily and monthly, calling and conversion targets
• Ensure a positive brand impression in every customer interaction

Requirements

• Male candidates only
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Good persuasion and negotiation ability
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure
• Professional phone etiquette and listening skills
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
