Tele Caller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products and services.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Address customer queries, provide relevant information, and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional attitude throughout customer interactions.
  • Record and update customer details accurately in the company database.
  • Meet and strive to exceed daily and monthly call and lead generation targets set by management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum educational qualification: PUC (Pre-University Course) or above.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain motivation.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
