We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our dynamic team in Girinagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales by making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing detailed information about our products and services, and generating leads to support the sales teams objectives. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products and services. Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Address customer queries, provide relevant information, and resolve concerns professionally. Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional attitude throughout customer interactions. Record and update customer details accurately in the company database. Meet and strive to exceed daily and monthly call and lead generation targets set by management. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum educational qualification: PUC (Pre-University Course) or above. Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive communication skills. Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain motivation. Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping. Prior experience in telecalling or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
