As an SAP AUTHORIZATION Staff at EY, you will be part of the EY GDS SAP TechOps Team, where you will play a vital role in managing and configuring user roles, profiles, and authorizations for secure and compliant access to SAP systems. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to address issues, enhance applications, and ensure seamless global operations support for clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide day to day Application Management support for SAP Security, including service requests and enhancement requests as Level 2 Application Management Specialist. - Manage and configure user access, roles, profiles, and authorizations for SAP AUTHORIZATION activities. - Monitor and troubleshoot SAP security issues effectively. - Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Conduct testing to ensure the quality of user access, roles, and profiles. - Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment of security measures in SAP environments. - Document security configurations, policies, and procedures for knowledge sharing. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and SAP best practices for continuous improvement initiatives. - Participate in on-call rotation and provide off-hours support as required. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a related technology field or equivalent job experience. - Over 2 years of experience in SAP AUTHORIZATION role with S/4 HANA. - Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP AUTHORIZATION management focusing on level 2 support. - Understanding of Security Policies, Audit, and Compliance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working in a global setting with multi-regional teams. - Flexibility in managing work hours to accommodate shifts and on-call requirements. **Additional Company Details:** EY is dedicated to building a better working world by helping clients across various industries.
