Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change, update knowledge base articles for effective troubleshooting, and collaborate with vendors while assisting service management teams in issue analysis and resolution.   • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of operational documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational processes.
    Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Configuration Database & CI Management.
  • Strong understanding of incident management processes and tools.
  • Experience with change management practices and Request for Change implementation.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management systems and documentation best practices.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Configuration Database & CI Management.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
