Technology Implementation - Supplier Management

The main responsibilities of this role include owning meeting logistics such as scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking detailed meeting minutes for internal implementation workgroups. You will be required to maintain and update the Implementation Workbook and related project documentation in collaboration with Implementation and Enterprise Solutions Managers. Additionally, you will support the creation, formatting, and maintenance of Intellify training materials and internal and external-facing documentation. Data staging and configuration setup in the Intellify platform to prepare for sales, go-live, and testing activities will be part of your responsibilities. You will also assist with profile creation and migration support activities during client onboarding transitions and ensure consistent and organized records across shared implementation platforms. Proactively identifying missing inputs, coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve gaps, collaborating cross-functionally with other support roles, and ensuring timelines and deliverables are met are crucial aspects of this role. The ideal candidate for this position should have high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with system configuration principles, change management best practices, and software testing processes is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with experience delivering training or support documentation, are advantageous. Analytical skills, the ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions, and proficiency in Smart sheet, Salesforce, Docusign, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint are necessary for this role. Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or other Service Desk applications is also beneficial.,
