ROLE OVERVIEW:

Technology Graduate

This role is ideal for recent graduates with a strong technical foundation and an interest in applying their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced commodities trading environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the management and optimization of the CTRM system, ensuring smooth operations and timely updates.
• Collaborate with functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide ad hoc support to all concentrates, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Assist in generating reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
• Engage in techno-functional collaboration across teams to align IT solutions with business needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (completed).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in technology and systems development.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship experience or exposure to commodities, energy, or financial trading industries.
• Familiarity with CTRM platforms or enterprise software systems.
