ROLE OVERVIEW: Hartree Partners is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technology Graduate to join our IT Applications Development team in Mumbai . This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in system management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, with a particular focus on Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) systems. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a strong technical foundation and an interest in applying their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced commodities trading environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the management and optimization of the CTRM system, ensuring smooth operations and timely updates. Collaborate with functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Provide ad hoc support to all concentrates, including troubleshooting and user assistance. Assist in generating reports and insights for internal stakeholders. Engage in techno-functional collaboration across teams to align IT solutions with business needs. REQUIREMENTS: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (completed). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrated interest in technology and systems development. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Internship experience or exposure to commodities, energy, or financial trading industries. Familiarity with CTRM platforms or enterprise software systems.
