Job Description

Role & responsibilities Day-to-day troubleshooting and resolution of escalated incidents Monitor and address NOC alerts Dispatch to client sites to resolve urgent and critical incidents Provide clear and direct communication to clients with regular updates Participate in an on-call Escalations rotation Maintain and update service tickets in your queue Compile SOPs to help expand the knowledge base Deploy agile projects on as-needed basis Complete required certifications as outlined in the letter of agreement Preferred candidate profile - Operating Systems : • Windows Server Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS, etc. • Mac OSX Server Applications : Active Directory • Exchange Server • Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) • Hyper-V & VMware Veeam and Datto (Backup Solutions) Virtualization (Must-Have) Hyper-V VMware Networking (Strong Good-to-Have): Cisco routing/switching (basic to intermediate level) • SonicWall / Fortinet / Aruba / Cisco Wireless Cloud Experience (Bonus but Not Mandatory): • Azure AD, Conditional Access, Intune • Amazon S3, Google G-Suit
