Location:

Role & responsibilities

  • Tech Center Operations:

    Ensure the seamless functioning of the Tech Center in alignment with Biesse's standards and requirements.
  • Machine Availability & Maintenance:

    Ensure that machines are available as per the plan and are well-maintained for customer demonstrations.
  • Machine Demonstrations:

    Conduct high-quality machine demonstrations as per Biesse standards to support the Sales Team in achieving order intake.
  • Customer Experience:

    Showcase Biesses multi-material applications, ensuring a positive and impactful experience for customers.
  • Demo Quality & Effectiveness:

    Evaluate the effectiveness of demonstrations and implement improvements to enhance their impact.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

    Collaborate with the technology applications team, customer care, and sales team to plan and execute structured demos efficiently.
  • On-Site Demonstrations:

    Support the sales team in organizing and conducting demonstrations at customer locations as required.
  • Product Training:

    Provide comprehensive product training at the Tech Center for customers, sales teams, technology applications specialists, and service engineers, including new employees.
  • Resource Management:

    Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of machines, consumables, and other essential items required for delivering demonstrations.
  • Event Management:

    Organize and oversee internal events, ensuring they meet set standards and achieve defined targets.
  • Compliance & Standards:

    Ensure strict adherence to QMS and IMS standards and procedures within the company.
  • Leadership & Company Values:

    Embody and promote the companys values, vision, and mission by leading by example.
  • Policy Adherence:

    Ensure that team members comply with company policies with zero tolerance for deviations.
  • Additional Responsibilities:

    Undertake any other tasks assigned by superiors based on organizational needs.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical support or service support role for CNC Machines.
  • Strong understanding of the company's standard technology portfolio and its applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Ability to identify training needs and develop effective training programs.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
