Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems for our automated CNC machines using E-Plan and AutoCAD.
• Plan and execute projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to bring new products from concept to production.
• Select and validate OEM components, manage BOM creation, and support the introduction of new machines to the production line.
• Provide effective solutions to customer complaints and troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• A technical degree in Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in the machine tool industry.
• Strong proficiency with E-Plan, AutoCAD, and Oracle ERP.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative spirit and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
