Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajarhat for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer. The role involves designing and engineering high voltage electrical substations (AIS/GIS) and overhead transmission lines. Key responsibilities include performing electrical system studies, preparing design documentation, and ensuring compliance with international standards. The candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and utilize software tools such as ETAP and CAD to deliver efficient and innovative electrical designs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering
• Extensive experience in Design Engineering and Power Distribution systems
• Proficiency in software tools like ETAP and CAD.
• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and engineering of high voltage substations and overhead transmission lines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams effectively
• Understanding of safety and compliance standards in electrical engineering
