Role Overview: You will be working as a D365 Techno-Functional Consultant with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain modules. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expertise in D365 FO Finance modules such as AP, AR, GL, Cash & Bank. Additionally, you will be involved in financial close processes, reconciliations, cost accounting, and asset management. Your role will also include root-cause analysis, incident management, KPI reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate strong expertise in D365 FO Finance modules: AP, AR, GL, Cash & Bank - Execute financial close processes, reconciliations, cost accounting, and asset management tasks - Conduct root-cause analysis, incident management, and KPI reporting - Engage in excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement activities - Possess D365 certification or work towards obtaining one - Exhibit deep knowledge of D365 FO modules: Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, PIM, Asset Management - Utilize strong background in supply chain process optimization and issue resolution - Provide support for integration tasks such as PO automation, ACH, and functional triage - Participate in documentation, upgrade testing, and knowledge transfer activities - Manage environment lifecycle (Dev/UAT/Prod), data import/export, batch job monitoring, and exception handling - Configure workflows, set up security roles, and validate post-upgrade changes - Create technical runbooks, perform performance tuning, and escalate issues to Microsoft when necessary - Demonstrate hands-on D365 FO technical exposure Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6+ years of experience in a similar role - Strong expertise in D365 FO Finance and Supply Chain modules - Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills - D365 certification is preferred - Experience in integration support and functional triage - Knowledge of environment lifecycle management and data import/export processes Please note that the additional details of the company were not provided in the Job Description.
