o Exposure to MES platforms such as Critical Manufacturing, GE Proficy, or custom MES solutions.
o Knowledge of COTS MES customization and deployment.
o Familiarity with technologies such as Angular, React, Node.js, C++, .NET, Oracle, Jenkins, Docker, and Linux.
o Experience with GenAI tools for SDLC acceleration (code review, test script generation, etc.).
o SAFe Agile, Professional Scrum Master, or similar advanced Agile certifications.
