Business System Analyst – Salesforce Health Cloud (Techno-Functional) Role
Overview
We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business System Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, healthcare operations, and technical delivery teams. This role requires strong healthcare domain knowledge, hands-on Salesforce skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable Health Cloud solutions.
7–10 years of overall experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis, with at least 3 years in Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations (care management, patient engagement, provider workflows, contact center optimization).
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with Health Cloud data model, Flows, reports/dashboards, and security model.
• Familiarity with integrations: FHIR/HL7 standards, EHR (Epic, Cerner), payer systems, and external apps.
• Proficiency in writing user stories, functional specs, and process documentation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery (backlog grooming, sprint planning, story refinement).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into Salesforce capabilities.
Preferred Certifications:
o Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
o Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional
o Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder
