Techno-Commercial Manager (Starlink PNI Solutions)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close Starlink & PNI opportunities across Maritime, Energy, Enterprise, Government, and Defense sectors.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in ship management firms, oil & gas operators, defense agencies, and telcos; represent Elcome in tenders, trade shows, and technical meetings.
• Design and present customized Starlink, PNI, and hybrid connectivity solutions based on detailed technical and commercial analysis.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams on solution design, proposal creation, and delivery planning for seamless execution.
• Manage sales forecasts, margins, and KPIs with precision and accountability.
• Serve as the single point of contact from pre-sales to deployment and post-sales, ensuring satisfaction, compliance, continuous improvement, and long-term account growth.
• Lead market and competitive strategy through research, GTM planning, channel partnerships, and monitoring competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Business.
• 7+ years of experience in satellite communications, telecom, or network connectivity sectors.
• Proven enterprise/government sales success (Maritime, Energy, or Defense preferred).
• Strong technical understanding of satellite networks, IP backhaul, and Starlink systems.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Starlink, Inmarsat, OneWeb and global connectivity standards.
• Experience with PNI, SD-WAN, or hybrid network architectures.
• Established customer network in Maritime, Energy, or Government sectors.
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
• Willingness to travel frequently within India and occasionally internationally.
