Role & responsibilities

The R&D Manager plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and technological advancement. Responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing R&D strategies aligned with company goals.

Overseeing design, prototyping, and testing new products.
Collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

Managing relationships with external partners and institutions.
