Job Description

Perform administrative tasks for the assigned organizational unit and manager
Regular tracking of effort booking in SAP (WBS) and creation of utilization reports
Constant monitoring of cost centers in alignment with the controlling department
Preparation of intercompany quotations, purchase requisitions and orders, and invoices in coordination with the management and finance department
Access management for IT rights and laboratories in alignment with IT and facility management
Organization of meetings, appointments, and conferences, including preparation of rooms, invitation of guests, and follow-up measurements
Preparation of presentations, reports, and statistical and graphical evaluations of data
Planning, booking, and billing of business trips, including the organization of all required documents in alignment with HR

Your Qualifications

Academic background in Economics, or completed commercial vocational training, or comparable qualification
Professional experience in an assistant role or in administration is preferred Expertise in common MS Office tools and SAP ERP Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with different stakeholders Independent and target-orientated working style Confident manner and a high degree of commitment and discretion Talent for improvisation and organization, as well as the ability to interact in a team Fluent in English
