xperience in working with System Integrators, especially in Conventional & Addressable Fire Alarm and Analog/IP PA Systems.
Strong technical understanding of fire alarm and public address systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and implement result-driven strategies.
Proficient in Excel and regular MIS reporting.
Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to customer management.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Roles & Responsibility

Manage Project Sales, Channel Sales, and Distribution Sales.
Conduct cold calling, customer engagement, and business generation activities.
Drive business growth in alignment with the company’s vision and targets.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with business partners through frequent visits and training.
Provide technical and business support to partners.
Arrange product demonstrations at client sites in coordination with the Business Development Department.
Create strong brand awareness in the market to boost sales, volume, and revenue.
Analyze business potential and implement plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Prepare and submit daily MIS reports in Excel for internal and external performance assessments.
Engage with channels, architects, consultants, builders, MEP contractors, and industrial clients.

Required Qualification: Graduation/Diploma in any relevant field

Required Experience: 1-3 years
