Job Description

  • xperience in working with System Integrators, especially in Conventional & Addressable Fire Alarm and Analog/IP PA Systems.
  • Strong technical understanding of fire alarm and public address systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement result-driven strategies.
  • Proficient in Excel and regular MIS reporting.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to customer management.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Roles & Responsibility
  • Manage Project Sales, Channel Sales, and Distribution Sales.
  • Conduct cold calling, customer engagement, and business generation activities.
  • Drive business growth in alignment with the company’s vision and targets.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with business partners through frequent visits and training.
  • Provide technical and business support to partners.
  • Arrange product demonstrations at client sites in coordination with the Business Development Department.
  • Create strong brand awareness in the market to boost sales, volume, and revenue.
  • Analyze business potential and implement plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily MIS reports in Excel for internal and external performance assessments.
  • Engage with channels, architects, consultants, builders, MEP contractors, and industrial clients.

Required Qualification: Graduation/Diploma in any relevant field

Required Experience: 1-3 years
