Key Responsibilities

Machine Uptime Improvement (%) - Support to ensure maximum availability of machines for production and improve it over YOY, Perform root cause analysis for repeated breakdowns and implement corrective measures.
MTTR & MTBF Improvement (Min) - Support to reduce MTTR by following standard troubleshooting practices and using proper tools, Support to improve MTBF by identifying recurring issues and suggesting permanent fixes, Maintain logs of repair time vs downtime for continuous benchmarking.
Preventive maintenance plan adherence (%) - Strictly follow preventive maintenance schedules coordinating with planning teams, Achieve high compliance (% PM completed on time vs planned), Document and report PM findings, and escalate any potential risks.
Spare Parts Follow-up and Coordination
Zero unsafe acts during maintenance - Ensure zero accidents, near misses, or unsafe practices,
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Sustainability project executions - Support projects related to energy saving, water conservation, waste reduction, etc.
Breakdown Frequency Reduction (%) Measure and reduce repeated failures.

Education Qualification :

Diploma in Electrical

Technical Competence & Skills :

Troubleshooting of Electrical Equipment- VFD, Switches, breaker, relays etc.
Preventive Electrical Maintenance
Understanding of Electrical Drawings
Familiarity with PLC and HMI Systems
Spare Parts & Inventory Support
Maintenance Reporting & Documentation

Relevant Experience :

7-10 years working experience maintenance in auto industries

Others (% of travel, language, etc.) :

Hindi (read/write/speak)
English (read/write)
