Work Experience: 5 to 10 Years

The incumbent must be a technically qualified and experienced person in projects and maintenance in the Chemical /Hydrocarbon/polymer sector industries and will perform both project activities for a commercial-scale project and maintenance activities in the running pilot plant.

Job Responsibilities and Skill Sets Required

1. Projects Brownfield and greenfield projects

• capable of working with contractors and basic engineering and detailed engineering content, like data sheets, PIDs.Loop logic, Ladder logic for programming and implementing.
• Execution of field jobs like wiring and cabling, and panel cable termination with contractors and in-house help.
• Capable of programming PLCs, SCADA.

2. Procurement of hardware and capital goods - Assist in procurement follow-up and associated activities.

3. Able to design and draw wiring diagrams for new hardware and modify existing hardware wiring diagrams. Will be required to also develop wiring diagrams for existing panels and systems.

4. Able to maintain technical documentation.

5. Perform periodic preventive and field breakdown maintenance individually.

6. Troubleshoot and debug hardware and circuit faults and correct them.

7. Maintain a stock of spares.

8. Ensure all instruments are calibrated at appropriate intervals.

9. Must be able to use MS Office for simple reports, etc.
