Job Summary:

Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate

    technical concepts

    into simple, easy-to-understand documentation.
  • Write and edit

    user manuals, FAQs, API documentation, and online help content

  • Work with

    developers and engineers

    to ensure accuracy.
  • Create

    diagrams, screenshots, and tutorials

    to enhance clarity.
  • Improve

    documentation processes

    for better accessibility and usability.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years

    of experience in technical writing (preferably in IT, SaaS, or software).
  • Proficiency in

    documentation tools

    (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, RoboHelp).
  • Familiarity with

    APIs, Markdown, HTML, CSS, and version control (Git) is a plus

  • Strong

    writing, editing, and proofreading skills

    with attention to detail.
