About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Writer with a strong background in SaaS-based products to create clear, concise, and user-friendly content. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product complexity and user understanding by delivering high-quality documentation, guides, and resources.

As part of the Product and Marketing teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our users, prospects, and stakeholders interact with and understand our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain user guides, release notes, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and product documentation for SaaS applications.
• Create SEO-optimized content such as blogs, tutorials, and case studies to support inbound marketing and customer education.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Designers to ensure technical accuracy and consistency in content.
• Translate complex SaaS workflows, integrations, and features into easy-to-understand resources for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain a consistent tone, style, and terminology across all documentation and communication channels.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce visual aids (diagrams, infographics, and step-by-step walkthroughs).
• Continuously update documentation to reflect new product features, improvements, and best practices.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a technical writer, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with SaaS products, APIs, cloud platforms, or workflow automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with documentation tools and platforms (Markdown, GitHub, Confluence, Notion, CMS systems, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with product marketing content such as blogs, whitepapers, or customer success stories.
• Exposure to DevOps, cloud technologies, or API documentation.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX writing to support product design teams.
• Familiarity with AI-based writing or diagramming tools.
