We’re looking for a hybrid Technical Writer / Developer Advocate to create world-class documentation, quickstart guides, sample apps, and code snippets that make it easy for developers to integrate our SDKs and APIs. You’ll be the voice of the developer, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a great onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

Write and maintain developer documentation, API references, and integration guides.

Create quickstart tutorials, sample apps, and code snippets for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web).

Collaborate with SDK engineers to ensure docs reflect the latest features and best practices.

Advocate for developer experience by identifying pain points and improving workflows.

Contribute to blog posts, how-to articles, and community Q&A.

Support internal teams and external developers with clear, actionable content.

Requirements

3+ years in technical writing, developer advocacy, or related role.

Strong understanding of SDKs, APIs, and developer workflows.

Ability to write clean, concise, and accurate technical content.

Familiarity with Markdown, Git, and doc generation tools (e.g., Docusaurus, Jekyll, or similar).

Basic coding skills in Swift, Kotlin, or JavaScript for creating examples.

Nice to Have

Experience with open-source contributions or community engagement.

Knowledge of CI/CD, package managers (npm, CocoaPods, Maven), and API lifecycle.

Public speaking or content creation (blogs, videos, tutorials).
