Job Description

As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality product documents in the Telecommunication/Networking domain. Your excellent written communication skills in English will be essential for this role. Your adaptability and self-motivation will enable you to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Develop and maintain product documents with a focus on quality - Utilize tools like DITA/XML authoring, Frame Maker, and Adobe Acrobat - Demonstrate domain knowledge in Telecommunication/Networking - Manage multiple projects efficiently and transition between them seamlessly - Ensure timely completion of projects with attention to detail - 3-5 years of technical writer experience - MBA/MA in English/Technical Communications or BS/MS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent - Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance - Ability to work independently as an individual contributor - Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines with short notice,
