Role & responsibilities Train a group of candidates on Product and Basic knowledge as per the Gap analysis report. Use simulators and other training aids to perform hands on training. Assess the level of Basic & Advanced training of Fundamental knowledge. Perform real time Trouble shooting training on Live equipment on site. To be capable of Assessing Coaching sessions by different local coaches on sites. Implement and sustain the continuous coaching philosophy (process) Ensure quality of the process and accuracy of the records Align with site management on setting the target on technical skill level for the respective site Support in building up individual employee learning record. Preparing Technical & product Training content based on the training need Preferred candidate profile 2-4 years technical experience on relevant equipment (Loader, truck, dozer)
