Technical Trainer

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs in automotive engineering, with a particular focus on electric vehicles (EVs).
• Provide in-depth training on electrical systems, batteries, electric motors, and other EV-related technologies.
• Conduct hands-on technical training, fault diagnostics, and real-world troubleshooting.
• Assess trainees’ competencies after training and recommend program improvements.
• Stay updated and share the latest knowledge and trends in automotive and EV technologies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, automative or related fields.
• Indian citizen with a strong understanding of the local training and automotive market.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the automotive engineering field, including at least 2 years in training or teaching roles.
• Practical experience and in-depth knowledge of electric vehicles (EVs).
• Excellent communication, instructional, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to develop professional curricula and training materials.
• Preference given to candidates with degrees or certifications in automotive engineering or electric vehicle technology.
