Job Description

Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver technical training programs (virtual, classroom, or hybrid) for internal teams or external clients.

  • Develop training materials, manuals, job aids, e-learning modules, and presentations.

  • Conduct skills assessments and identify training needs through surveys, interviews, or performance evaluations.

  • Train users on software applications, IT systems, hardware, or other technical processes relevant to the business.

  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up sessions to ensure knowledge retention and application.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, test results, and performance data.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant tools, systems, and industry trends.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), HR, L&D, and IT teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.

  • Customize training based on role, department, or audience technical proficiency.
