Technical Trainer

As a Technical Trainer, your role involves identifying organizational training needs and designing effective training programs to support continuous employee development. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards and maintaining high levels of documentation accuracy and operational hygiene. Key Responsibilities: - Identify training needs and design annual training calendars for employee competency development. - Conduct impactful technical and compliance training sessions, followed by effective evaluation and improvement. - Implement and monitor ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, Halal, and cGMP standards to ensure QMS compliance. - Develop, update, and maintain SOPs to keep documentation accurate, organized, and audit-ready. - Provide data-driven insights for career development, succession planning, and performance appraisals. - Oversee pest control, laundry, and uniform management to maintain top-tier hygiene and operational standards. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of QMS and training systems. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proactive, detail-oriented professional passionate about quality and people development. - Experience: 8-12 years in Pharma industry mandatory. - Qualification: UG/PG Graduates. - Skills: training, documentation & SOP management, compliance, quality management & compliance.
