Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Technical Trainer. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs, creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs to students. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging training materials on data structures algorithms, and coding best practices. Conduct live and virtual training sessions for students and professionals. Provide hands-on support and mentorship during coding exercises. Continuously update and improve training content to reflect current industry trends. Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience in the educational sector is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in coding languages like Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript, DSA, DBMS, NOS Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
