Technical Trainer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Deliver training to Conceptia Software Technologies customers in our training centre, online and at customer sites on SOLIDWORKS and its product offerings. Communicate with the customers on the training requirements and plan accordingly. Develop and manage the training schedules and content. Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules and make changes as needed to improve future results. Competent at handling large audiences right from freshers to experienced professionals. Identify technical problems and provide basic technical support and quick solutions as needed. Create online training content of SOLIDWORKS features/modules. Ensure customer satisfaction of training Preferred candidate profile: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience utilizing SOLIDWORKS Training Training experience on SolidWorks/Creo/Inventor or any other CAD Tools Good knowledge and understanding of engineering processes and terminology of mechanical CAD and design industry. Having previous Industry experience in product design, tooling design, industrial design or electric system design will be a plus. Knowledge about Geometrical Dimensioning & tolerance is an advantage. Strong communication, presentation skills & Customer handling skills SOLIDWORKS CSWP / CSWE certification is an asset.
