Job description: Job Description: Technical Trainer Position: Technical Trainer Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Training or Technical Roles) Training Domains: Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Python Certifications Focus: Microsoft, AWS, Google, Meta, IBM About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Trainer to train and mentor college students in cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on project experience, and a passion for teaching. This role involves delivering practical training sessions, simplifying complex concepts, and preparing students to successfully clear globally recognized certification exams. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-quality technical training sessions on Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Python for college students. Deliver practical, hands-on labs and project-based learning to strengthen students’ real-world skills. Prepare students for industry-leading certifications offered by Microsoft, AWS, Google, Meta, and IBM. Design, update, and maintain training materials, labs, and assessments as per industry and certification standards. Evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, mock tests, and feedback sessions. Mentor and guide students on career pathways, certification roadmaps, and skill development. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and certification curriculum changes. Collaborate with academic institutions and internal teams to ensure high training effectiveness and student satisfaction . Provide post-training support to students for certification preparation and queries. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in technical training or relevant industry roles. Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) , AI/ML concepts , Data Science , and Python programming . Preferred certifications from any of the following: Microsoft, AWS, Google, Meta, IBM . Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Ability to simplify complex technical topics for beginners. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.
