Collaborate with product managers, customer support, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored learning paths.
Coordinate and manage training schedules, ensuring timely delivery of training sessions aligned with product launches and updates.
Stay up-to-date with product updates, new features, and industry trends to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure training materials are aligned with the companys strategic goals and messaging.
Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and feedback to provide insights for future improvements.
