Key Responsibilities

Program Design & Curriculum Development

• Design and take ownership of the learning structure for assigned program curriculum, skill tracks, and assessments.
• Translate learning goals into practical, engaging, and outcome-oriented content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to ensure academic rigor and alignment with industry needs.
• Continuously update and refine curriculum based on learner feedback and emerging technology trends.

Learning Experience Design

• Develop experiential learning formats including labs, projects, hackathons, and workshops that bridge theory with real-world application.
• Create clear learning outcomes, rubrics, and teaching resources to support effective delivery.
• Assist faculty and trainers in delivering high-quality classroom and online sessions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with operations, placements, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of programs across campuses.
• Facilitate industry engagement through guest sessions, certifications, and real-world projects.
• Leverage data and feedback to continuously improve student engagement and learning outcomes.
