This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer at SPRINKLE INFO TECH located in Coimbatore South. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and conducting technical training programs. They will assess training needs, create instructional materials, deliver training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. The Technical Trainer will also assist in the development of training materials and ensure that training programs are in line with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Trainer
Skills in Training & Development
Expertise in Technical Training and Training program design
Strong Communication and presentation skills
Ability to assess training needs and develop instructional materials
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in training
Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience in the tech industry is a plus
