About the Role

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Technical Trainers to deliver engaging IT training sessions for college students across multiple locations in India.
The program is designed to enhance students’ technical capabilities and industry readiness through hands-on learning and practical exposure. The Trainers have to solve query from all the below domains.

Training Areas

• Programming & Problem Solving: C, Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures & Algorithms
• Web & Database: Web Development, Database Management Systems
• Systems & Software: Operating Systems, Networking, Software Engineering
• Advanced Technologies: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive and practice-oriented training sessions for students.
• Simplify complex concepts through live demonstrations, examples, and problem-solving.
• Encourage participation, curiosity, and critical thinking among learners.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with program coordinators to ensure high-quality delivery and outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training, teaching, or corporate facilitation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong command over one or more of the listed training domains.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about education, mentorship, and shaping future tech professionals.
