Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Coimbatore. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering technical training sessions, developing training materials, and assessing participants' progress. Additional responsibilities include providing guidance and support to learners, ensuring effective communication of technical concepts, and continuously updating training programs based on industry trends and needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Training, Training & Development, and Technical Trainers skills
• Strong Communication and Training skills
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience in a training or educational role in the technology sector is a plus
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and teaching methods
