Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer, located in Coimbatore. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, developing training materials, and assessing participants' progress. Daily tasks include conducting technical training, preparing lesson plans, facilitating workshops, and providing feedback to learners. The role requires a proactive approach to ensuring all participants are engaged and achieving their learning goals. Qualifications Experience as a Technical Trainer and in providing Technical Training Skills in Training & Development and creating training materials Strong Communication abilities, both spoken and written Effective in delivering Training sessions and workshops Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage participants Knowledge in programming and software development Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage Show more Show less
